At Be Your Best Mentoring, we’re more than just a team—we’re a community. We support young people who are struggling to access mainstream education, creating flexible, bespoke mentoring packages that meet each individual’s needs. Our work happens wherever it’s needed: at home, in the community, or at school. We believe every young person deserves to feel safe, understood, and empowered to be their best self.

We build trust not just with our students, but with their families too. Our approach is strengths-based, non-judgmental, and always focused on helping young people grow at their own pace. We’re passionate about preparing young people for adulthood, supporting their emotional wellbeing, and helping them discover new interests and opportunities. We understand behaviour as communication and strive to meet the unmet needs of young people as our starting point, then through a relational approach help them harness new insights and successes.
