Job Title: Supported Housing Support Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full time

Contract Type: Fixed term until end of March 2029

Location: Based in Burlington Street, Bath

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role

DHI are recruiting a support worker to support our clients living in supported accommodation in Bath.

We are looking for people who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to supporting clients, helping them to make positive changes in their lives in a person-centred way.

You will be joining a small team that works hard to support each other, and to deliver an exceptional service to our clients

The role is varied and interesting and requires you to carry a case load of clients that you will see and support on a weekly basis. You will also create support plans with your clients and review these on a monthly basis.
