Valuation Surveyor - Office & Retail

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading global property consultancies. We are working on behalf of our client to recruit a talented Chartered Surveyor for their high-performing valuation team in Bristol, covering the dynamic Bristol & South West region.

This role offers exposure to major institutional investors, lenders, and developers, delivering valuations on prime office and retail assets. You'll work on landmark projects within a collaborative environment that prioritises career progression and professional development.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: RICS-accredited degree in Real Estate or similar
• Professional Status: MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer
• Strong understanding of commercial property markets, with a passion for office and retail sectors
• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills, producing valuations to the highest standard
• Previous experience in business space valuations is highly desirable
