Due to internal progression, at eXPD8, we've got an exciting and rare opportunity to join our Beauty account team as a Client Services Manager.
Leading a team of four Account Handlers, you'll play a crucial role in retaining and growing client relationships, ensuring outstanding service delivery, and driving commercial growth.
About the role:
This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in our Bristol head office, with the remaining three days working remotely. You can be based anywhere in the UK, as long as you're able to commute to our Bristol office twice a week.
How you'll deliver excellence:
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main contact, building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client goals and challenges, offering tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and boost retention.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing, people-first team.
- Coach and motivate team members to exceed expectations.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Lead smooth client onboarding and set clear expectations.
- Plan and manage client activities effectively, improving processes to meet SLAs.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and sales targets.
- Address underperformance and provide data-driven reports to stakeholders.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Manage client budgets and financial processes, spotting growth and risk areas.
- Oversee accurate completion of admin tasks and ensure compliance.
What makes you excellent?
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication, numeracy, and presentation skills, with proven stakeholder management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Experienced in budgeting, costing models, and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Skilled in project and account management, particularly within retail or brand-led environments.
- Confident team leader with experience managing and developing teams of three or more.
Desirable Attributes:
- Background in FMCG and/or field marketing, with a solid understanding of B2B dynamics.
- Proven success in client relationship management and growing profitable accounts.
- Degree-level education (or NVQ Level 5), with strong problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
