Thanks to sustained growth, we’re looking to add a proactive, organised, and personable Mortgage Administrator to our close-knit and friendly team.

What you'll be doing

As a key part of our operations team, you’ll support our advisers in delivering a seamless experience for clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing and processing mortgage applications from start to finish
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, surveyors, and clients to ensure a smooth journey
• Handling client enquiries via phone and email
• Keeping clients updated with the progress of their applications
• Supporting the Managing Director and our team of advisers with general admin tasks

What we’re looking for

Ideally, you’ll bring some previous experience in mortgage administration and, more importantly, you’ll have a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in the mortgage and finance industry.

Key skills & attributes:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Confident, friendly phone manner
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
• Solid IT skills (experience with 360.net is a plus, but not essential)
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic

Hours

• Full time - Monday – Thursday 9am – 5:30pm, Friday 9am – 5pm
• Office-based, no weekends
