The Opportunity

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced property professional to join our team as a Property Experience Consultant.

Whether your background is in lettings, sales progression, property management or residential agency operations, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional client experience that Strawberry & Co is known for.

This is a varied position combining property expertise, relationship management and operational excellence across Bristol. You'll support clients, applicants, landlords and tenants throughout their property journey while helping ensure our sales, lettings and property management operations run smoothly.

This is not a purely administrative role. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple responsibilities, take ownership of tasks, and become an integral part of our growing independent agency.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lettings

• Register and qualify applicants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Manage applicant, buyer and tenant enquiries
• Support the progression of sales and lettings transactions
• Assist with property launches and marketing campaigns
• Prepare property particulars and marketing materials
• Liaise with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants and solicitors
• Maintain accurate records within CRM systems

Property Management

• Coordinate maintenance and contractor appointments
• Manage compliance requirements and certification schedules
• Support tenancy renewals and move-in/move-out processes
• Handle landlord and tenant communications
• Assist with property inspections and reporting

Client Experience & Operations

• Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
• Answer incoming calls, emails and enquiries
• Maintain organised property and client records
• Support directors and senior team members with operational tasks
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
• Represent the Strawberry & Co brand professionally at all times

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of your workload.

You'll likely have experience in:

• Residential sales
• Residential lettings
• Property management
• Estate agency administration
• Client relationship management

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience within the property industry
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Professional and personable approach
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Experience with Street, Arthur or similar property CRM systems
• Knowledge of Bristol and surrounding areas
• Experience progressing sales transactions
