Support Worker (Weekend)

WEEKEND SUPPORT WORKERS EXMOUTH & EXETER.

We have various part time weekend hours available (approx. 16hrs per week) with new people we now support in the Exeter and Exmouth areas. You will be gentle but purposeful, strong and robust with excellent communication skills. You will have an interest in autism. Although this is 1:1 working, you will be part of a positive and dynamic team. We provide bespoke support packages for individuals to live independently within their chosen communities. 

We pay £12.85 per hour for weekend support, £12.21 per hour for sleep-ins.

Our annual leave is 5.6 weeks per year pro rata; however, extra holiday is earned with all overtime and sleep-ins. You will earn holiday for every hour worked.

We work to a fixed 4-week fixed rolling rota so you will always have the predictability of knowing when you are working and can easily plan holidays and time off.

We pay 45p per mile for work-related own vehicle use.

We have a comprehensive online training program, with over 160 care and support related certificates available – plus we offer face to face in-house training.

We are a not-for-profit organisation with a hands-on management team, and we never use agencies for cover purposes.
