Sewer Renovation Team Leader

Do you like working outdoors? Are you currently working in the construction industry as an operative and looking to gain leadership experience? If so, we have a great opportunity to join us as a Sewer Renovation Team Leader.

What you'll do

As one of our Sewer Renovation Team Leaders, you will:

• Carry out repairs on sewer assets to make sure they meet quality and customer service standards
• Undertake repairs and civil reinstatements on sewer pipes, rising mains and manhole chambers
• Work in a variety of locations, including customers' properties and gardens, highways and farmers' fields
• Coach, mentor and guide operatives within your team and larger teams on a day-to-day basis
• Work outdoors, dealing with different challenges every day and providing a vital service to our customers
• Work across Avonmouth and the surrounding areas, with the main depot being based in Chippenham.

In addition to your salary, you will benefit from a monthly bonus on the completion of your probationary period. You will also have access to a company vehicle.

What you'll need

You will:

• Have a positive can-do attitude, a great work ethic and be dedicated to doing a good job
• Be well-organised and customer-focused, as well as being a great team player
• Have experience working in the construction industry (beneficial)have experience operating all plant machinery, such as an excavator or dumper
• hold a valid UK driving licence and have proven towing experience.
