Chartered Quantity Surveyor

We're working with a small, specialist consultancy delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. They're looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join the team, manage project costs, and work closely with directors to influence both projects and the business.

Role Responsibilities:

Prepare cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for healthcare, residential, and commercial projects

Monitor project expenditure and report on financial performance

Support procurement, tendering, and contract management

Work alongside directors on project delivery and commercial strategy

Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures

What we're looking for:

MRICS-qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor with previous PQS experience

Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and commercial processes

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proactive, ambitious, and able to contribute to shaping the business

What's on offer:

£50,000 - £60,000 salary
