We own and manage over 40,000 homes across the South West, from Cornwall to Gloucestershire. We plan to build 5,000 new homes and invest £1bn into the regional economy over the next five years.
This is part of LiveWest taking huge steps towards alleviating the region’s housing shortage, in an area of high housing need as well as high house prices which makes accessing housing particularly challenging for many families.
We offer homes for affordable rent and shared ownership sale. We also build homes for private sale, to generate profits which we then use to provide and build more affordable homes.

- Lead grounds maintenance tasks, ensuring outdoor spaces are safe, tidy, and attractive for communities and customers.
- The ideal candidate has experience in grounds maintenance, skills in machinery operation, and a strong commitment to health and safety.
- This full-time role is based in Bristol, with seasonal tasks and engagement with the community as key components of the position.
- Provide one-to-one support to young people aged 16-25, helping them achieve independence through tailored action plans and guiding them in life skills.
- Ideal candidates will possess empathy, experience in social care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to youth empowerment.
- This role involves night shifts in Bristol, with opportunities for professional growth, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.
