  • Support the Home Manager by delivering high-quality, person-centred care; lead and develop care colleagues while taking temporary charge of the home as needed.

  • Work 44 hours per week in Penarth, with possible flexibility for individual commutes; competitive salary of £15.30 per hour and supportive team culture.

  • Ideal candidates will be dependable, organised, and have some laundry experience, along with good communication and task prioritisation skills.
  • This part-time role offers 24 hours per week, located in Penarth, with a focus on work-life balance and manageable commuting.
