North Devon Homes

North Devon Homes

As a community landlord, we work across a range of areas to support our customers. We do not just build homes and manage tenancies; we make sure we provide extra services for everyone in our communities.

As a charity, we are non-profit, meaning all the income that we receive from rents and charges is invested back into our homes and services. We handle day-to-day repairs and emergencies, undertake improvements such as new heating systems, kitchens, and bathrooms, and make community improvements on estates. We also offer an out-of-hours repairs service to ensure our customers are always able to get the help they need.
