- Provide person-centred support to residents with complex physical and mental health needs, ensuring safety and dignity during daily routines.
- The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and possess good communication skills, with care experience preferred but not essential.
- Full time and part time positions available with shifts, paid DBS, pension, uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave based on full-time contracts.
