- The role is full-time, based in Weymouth, with a salary of £25,000, plus additional earnings for on-call work.
£45,000 a year
- Lead the Owner Success and Property Services teams to create a world-class experience for Owners and guests, ensuring exceptional service and accountability.
- Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, experience in customer service, and a passion for continuous improvement and team engagement.
- Based in Dartmouth & Salcombe, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work; competitive salary and opportunity for professional development.
