We support people with mild and profound learning disabilities, Autism, Asperger’s Syndrome, physical disabilities and mental health needs. We are particularly renowned for our specialist work with people who have complex needs, challenging behaviour or a dual diagnosis.

- Support young people with special educational needs to develop skills for work through education, training, and work experience activities.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in coaching or supporting individuals with learning disabilities and excellent communication skills.
- The role requires travel across Cornwall on a part-time basis with a main base at Tolvaddon, offering a flexible working schedule.
- Support and mentor young individuals with SEND at ROC College, providing them with a tailored educational experience.
- Experience in working with SEND is essential, along with patience, enthusiasm, and creativity in education delivery.
- 30 hours per week, term-time only in Exeter, offering a fulfilling role with the chance to make a real difference.
- Support individuals in their daily routines by providing personal care, managing medications, and aiding in appointments, ensuring their personal support plans are followed.
