Wye Valley NHS Trust is a provider of health services in Herefordshire and came into being on April 1 2011.

The Trust provides community services and hospital care (acute and community) to a population of just over 180,000 people in Herefordshire.

We also provide urgent and elective care to a population of more than 40,000 people in mid-Powys, Wales.

The key principles of Wye Valley NHS Trust are to improve the health and well being of the people we serve in Herefordshire and the surrounding areas.

We are working across traditional boundaries to provide integrated care in order to deliver a standard of care we would want for ourselves, our families and friends.

With an estimated annual turnover of around £180 million, we employ around 3,000 staff and aim to build new relationships between our staff, patients, service users and their carers, and with the wider community.
