Food sits at the heart of everything we do. We cook with the seasons, work closely with local suppliers, and let great produce lead the menu. We keep things simple, make as much as we can from scratch and believe brilliant ingredients don't need unnecessary fuss.

We're looking for a Head Chef who leads by example, sets high standards, and collaborates with their team to create a kitchen where people can thrive. Our food ethos is shaped collaboratively by the kitchen teams across the group, so your role is to help deliver it brilliantly, service after service, while contributing to an environment where people can develop and do their best work.

We're founder-owned and seven years in. Today, we run ten pubs across the Southwest, but the idea hasn't changed much since day one. Great pubs are built by great people. We trust our people to make decisions, giving them room to grow, celebrating the good days and backing each other through the chaotic ones too.
