We work closely with housing charities managing affordable homes across Gloucester, Cheltenham, and Tewkesbury, and we need talented professionals like you to help keep these properties in great shape out-of-hours.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an out-of-hours handyman or handywoman with a broad range of skills (minor repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.).
• Ability to work efficiently and independently across Gloucester, Cheltenham, and Tewkesbury.
• Valid public liability insurance is required for partnership.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential properties out-of-hours.
• Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building regulations.
• Complete jobs on time and submit clear invoices promptly.

Payment Terms

• We operate on a bi-weekly payment cycle.
• Payment will be made within two weeks of invoice submission following our payment schedule.
