You'll be a senior manager in our newly created Entity Management and Optimisation team which sits within the Corporate Governance team. Reporting to the Head of Group Secretariat, Entity Management and Optimisation, this role entails working in a team of about 14 FTE with team accountability for:

What we need from you!
We’re looking for a colleague with experience in corporate governance, delivering change, technology implementation and process optimisation to contribute to our team of 14 experienced colleagues who have a variety of skills in legal, corporate governance, change management, process optimisation and innovation and transformation.
