About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established 3-bed children’s residential home located in Bristol, BS5, supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) within a mixed-gender service.

The home currently holds a Good Ofsted rating and is fully occupied. This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management of an established service, leading the team and maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance.

This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Bristol and the surrounding areas.

As an experienced Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service, supporting the staff team and ensuring children receive safe, consistent and high-quality care.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safeguarding, compliance and care, while ensuring the home continues to meet regulatory requirements and provides a positive environment for the children.

Requirements:

• A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A motivated, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
• Relevant qualifications for Registered Manager level within children’s residential care.
• Previous experience working as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care.
• Experience working with children with EBD.
• Experience working within a children’s residential setting.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and Ofsted requirements.
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p .

Benefits:

• £1,000 bonus for an Outstanding Ofsted report.
• £500 bonus for a Good Ofsted report.
• Full occupancy bonus of £175 per child after the first child has been placed. For example, a 3-bed home at full occupancy would provide an additional £350 per month.
• £2,000 car allowance.
• Monday to Friday: £10 per day.
• Saturday and Sunday: £50 per day.
• 30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays.
