Are you an experienced Supervisor ready for your next step, or an established Team Manager looking for a fresh challenge?
We are looking for a people-focused leader, based on site at our Weston-Super-Mare Head Office to take ownership of our Internal Parts Team, driving performance, developing talent, and delivering excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead and develop your team - coaching, mentoring, and supporting individuals to reach their full potential
- Oversee performance, absence, and wellbeing, managing both professional and personal matters with empathy and fairness
- Integrate and develop new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding and building a strong, engaged team culture
- Act as the go-to for team support, helping colleagues navigate queries, challenges, and day-to-day operations
- Drive performance against KPIs and SLAs using data and insights (Excel, Office 365 tools)
- Manage workloads and priorities to keep operations efficient and customer-focused
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and suppliers, resolving issues and improving processes

What We Are Looking For
- Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager with a passion for developing people
- Proven ability to motivate, coach, and improve team performance
- Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
- A people first mindset with the ability to support both performance and wellbeing
Experience in contact centres or logistics is helpful, but your leadership skills are what matter most.

Salary
- Starting salary £28,789.00 - £35,000.00
