A great opportunity for an experienced property professional to join a highly regarded property brand as a Property Manager

You’ll be part of an established and supportive lettings team, looking after landlord and tenant relationships and helping ensure properties are managed efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance through to resolution.
• Liaise with contractors and other third parties.
• Carry out property inspections, inventories and check-outs.
• Conduct property viewings when required.
• Keep property and tenancy records accurate and up to date.
• Work closely with the wider lettings team.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.

About You

We’re looking for someone organised, personable and proactive who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering a great service.
