Job Requirements/Description

Help our HomeCare teams learn, grow, and thrive.

At Abri, we know great customer service starts with great people. We're looking for a passionate and people-focused HomeCare Induction and Training Coordinator to help colleagues build the skills, confidence, and knowledge they need to succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support everyone from apprentices starting their careers to experienced colleagues developing new skills and progressing their ambitions.

What you'll be doing

You'll lead and deliver engaging HomeCare induction training programmes, ensuring new colleagues feel welcomed, supported and ready to make an impact from day one.

Working closely with managers, Health & Safety, IT and People Development teams, you'll create interactive learning experiences using a variety of methods, including group activities, videos, presentations and workshops, helping colleagues connect with our values, policies and ways of working.

You'll also play a key role in identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions and helping colleagues develop throughout their careers at Abri.

This role is based from our Yeovil office, where you'll be part of the wider HomeCare team. You'll also travel regularly to our offices across London and the South West, delivering induction training sessions that help colleagues feel confident, capable and connected from day one. To support collaboration and face-to-face learning, you'll be based in the office a minimum of four days a week. As our service evolves, there may be times when business needs require the role to be office-based full-time.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.

You'll be a confident facilitator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to adapt your approach to different audiences and learning styles. With strong emotional intelligence, you'll know how to create engaging, inclusive sessions that encourage participation and make learning memorable.

You'll also have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, with experience using tools such as pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis and VLOOKUPs.

Most importantly, you'll share our values and be passionate about creating positive learning experiences that help people thrive.

What's in it for you?

This is an opportunity to shape the future skills of our HomeCare workforce, support career development and make a lasting difference to both colleagues and customers.

You'll join a supportive organisation that's committed to investing in its people and communities.

Interested?

If you're excited by the opportunity to help colleagues learn, grow and thrive, we'd love to hear from you.
