Make a real impact every day as a Project Night Worker at Hafod.
We’re looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You’ll assist in the provision of a full range of support services to Young People with complex needs within a Supported Housing Project.
This role is relief position to cover night shifts, contracted to 0 hours per week.
It’s hands on rewarding work where you can genuinely make a difference to the people you support, and no two days are ever the same.

Previous experience isn’t essential, your compassion, reliability and desire to help others are what count. We’ll teach you what you need, and you’ll have the chance to complete a range of training and development activities to build your knowledge and practice toolkit.

Our Support teams deliver housing related support services across South Wales, helping people live independently and prevent homelessness. We provide flexible, tailored support to meet individual needs, from managing money and maintaining tenancies to building confidence, skills and wellbeing.
We work across supported housing, floating support and specialist services, supporting a wide range of people including families, young people, older people and those with additional complex needs. We create safe, supportive environments that enable people to move forward and achieve lasting outcomes.
