What Can You Expect?
We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team as a Renal Coordinator, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. This is a vital role supporting patient care, which includes regular travel to hospitals across the region.
As a Renal Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for all renal transport matters across Dorset. Youll build strong relationships with renal teams, support operational performance, and monitor transport services for dialysis patients.
You will ensure effective communication between bookings, planning/control, clinical staff, and other key stakeholders. The role also includes supporting incident investigations, managing complaints, and arranging pre-travel assessments for new or complex patients.
Your overall aim is to use resources efficiently and ensure renal patients in Dorset receive highquality care and an excellent transport experience.
