Contract Type: Fixed term until 29/01/2027, fractional. 29.6 hours per week

Location: NOSS Marina, Kingswear, Devon & various locations

At South Devon College, we are passionate about transforming lives through education and skills development. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Apprenticeship Coach to join our growing apprenticeship team, supporting learners and employers throughout every stage of the apprenticeship journey. As a key member of the curriculum team, you will manage and coach a caseload of apprentices, providing guidance, progress reviews, pastoral support and end point assessment preparation, while building strong partnerships with employers and stakeholders. We are seeking a well-organised and motivated individual with a Level 3 qualification, GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. You'll have strong experience using Microsoft Office 365, relevant industry experience, and an understanding of apprenticeship programmes. Excellent communication, administration, time management and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues, employers and learners. You will be enthusiastic, approachable and committed to promoting the safety and wellbeing of children, young people and vulnerable adults. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across the county are required, as regular visits to apprentices and employers will form a key part of the role.
