Job Description & Responsibilities

We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexibility to suit you. As a Community Carer, you will provide essential support to a gentleman in in his own home. He requires support with all aspect's of daily living, bowel management and has bespoke moving and handling requirements.

Shift times are 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm per day, 7 days a week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks to help maintain dignity and independence

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect

• Preparing meals and supporting with medication, ensuring clients’ health and well-being

• Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings to keep them active and engaged

• Offering companionship and emotional support, making a positive difference every day

What We Offer

• Starting pay: £13.55 per hour

• Plus: Holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, and mileage at 40p per mile

Requirements

• Previous care experience is beneficial—we provide full training for the right candidates who are compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn.

• You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to a car, though pool cars are available

• Be able to work every other weekend

• Friendly, trustworthy and caring nature

• Able to work shifts
