About the Role

Based at our Camborne campus, we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building strong relationships and making a real difference to the career journeys of learners and the businesses that employ them.

As an Apprenticeship Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in connecting employers with talented prospective apprentices and supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey.

You will manage your own caseload of vacancies, identify and develop new business opportunities, promote apprenticeship opportunities and ensure that every interaction with our customers delivers an excellent experience.

You will work closely with employers, prospective apprentices, colleagues across the College and our wider Apprenticeships team to make sure the recruitment process is smooth, effective and customer-focused.

The role combines customer service, recruitment, business development and administration, so no two days are likely to be the same.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who enjoys building relationships and achieving results.

You will be confident communicating with a wide range of people and able to understand customer needs, provide appropriate advice and develop solutions that work for both employers and learners. You will be comfortable working towards targets and KPIs, with the drive to develop new business opportunities while maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.

You will also need to be highly organised, accurate and able to manage your own workload and caseload effectively.

We are looking for someone with good literacy, numeracy and IT skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with employers, learners and colleagues. You will be well organised, proactive and results-focused, with strong negotiation and influencing skills, the ability to work towards individual and team targets, and a commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.

Knowledge or experience of apprenticeships, recruitment, education or employer engagement is desirable.

A full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
