Manage operational systems, reporting activities, and fleet management processes to support effective planning and decision-making.
Ensure work areas, tools, and equipment remain compliant with safety and quality requirements.
Build strong relationships with customers, workshop teams, planners, and support functions to achieve successful programme delivery.

This role is based at Warminster and is a 37-hour per week position. Hybrid working patterns are available.

Essential experience of the Operations Manager:
Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders across an operational environment.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage at senior site level.
Understanding of workforce development, training needs, and skills planning.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions to deliver excellent customer service.
Knowledge of health and safety policies, procedures, and implementation within an operational setting.

Qualifications for the Operations Manager:

Experience using fleet management and operational management systems.
Competent user of SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications.
