Up to £50K + 20% commission + company car

What You'll Do:

• Grow and develop a thriving territory
• Win new business while protecting and expanding existing accounts
• Sell through dealers into dental practices and schools - groups and independents
• Build relationships with dentists, practice managers and clinical teams
• Drive sales through consultative, value-led conversations

Requirements:

• Must be from the dental industry - product knowledge is essential
• Ideally sales experience or a clinical dental background (e.g. dental nurse or practice manager)
• Commercially driven and confident winning new business
• Happy to be customer-facing every day
• Full UK driving licence

Benefits:

• £35-50K basic
• 20% OTE (paid quarterly)
