In your application you will be assessed on the following:
1. An online CV setting out your career history, with key responsibilities and achievements. Please ensure you have provided reasons for any gaps within the last two years, as part of the online application form. This will be used to assess Key Skills & Experience and will be scored.
2. A Personal statement of no more than 1250 words in total, demonstrating how you meet the Essential Criteria for Key Skills & Experience in no more than 1000 words in total, and evidence of how you meet the Lead Behaviour Managing a Quality Service in no more than 250 words.
N.B. Please ensure the personal statement is given a subheading for each criteria; Key Skills & Experience, (1000 words in total) and for the Lead Behaviour Managing a Quality Service (250 words) and adhere to the total 1250 word limit as set out above.
Civil Service Tests Online
As part of the application process, you will be asked to complete Two Civil Service Online tests: a Civil Service Work Strengths Test and Numerical Test. If you are unsuccessful in passing the test you will be unable to continue any further in the application process. If you successfully pass the test, you will then automatically progress to the next stage of completing the full application.
