Project Manager
Responsible for the safe and effective site delivery of complex mechanical scopes within the B1 Area, from construction readiness through installation, testing, and handover.
The Mechanical Project Manager provides leadership and coordination across piping, valves, mechanical supports and associated mechanical works, working closely with Construction, Quality, Planning and Commercial teams, while liaising with the respective Engineering and Procurement teams to ensure technical and material requirements support the construction programme.
Key responsibilities include coordinating site priorities and installation sequencing; managing several contractors and delivery teams; monitoring material and engineering readiness; identifying and resolving construction constraints; managing interfaces between disciplines and work areas; and driving works through installation, testing, and system completion.
The role maintains strong oversight of programme performance, productivity, risk, and change, using project data to identify emerging issues, remove blockers and ensure resources are focused on priority activities. The Mechanical Project Manager acts as a key interface between the Client, site delivery teams, and supply chain to maintain clear accountability and support timely decision-making.
