  • About the Role

  • As Deputy Service Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day leadership and success of your services. You'll support the Registered Manager to deliver outstanding care and support, develop high-performing teams, maintain excellent quality standards, and drive positive outcomes for the people we support.

  • You'll be someone who leads by example, inspires confidence, and brings energy, compassion and accountability to everything you do.

  • ? Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team to provide high-quality, person-centred support

  • ? Promote a positive culture where our values are lived every day

  • ? Support recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance development

  • ? Ensure people we support are empowered to achieve their personal goals and aspirations

  • ? Build strong relationships with families, professionals, commissioners and community partners

  • ? Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, compliance and governance

  • ? Support financial performance, budgets, occupancy and resource management

  • ? Manage incidents, complaints and service improvements effectively

  • ? Ensure safe, effective and compassionate support is delivered consistently

  • ? Participate in the on-call rota and provide hands-on leadership when required

  • ? Help drive continuous improvement and innovation across services
