A well-established engineering business is looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to take ownership of the fabrication schedule, drive recovery on overrun jobs, and keep quality and delivery on track. £45,000.

You'll be the one the team turns to when a job's running late and needs sorting fast.

As a Fabrication Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Create and deliver recovery plans for late fabrication issues
• Minimise the impact of production overruns
• Optimise operator and equipment resource efficiency to reduce cycle time
• Manage kitting of works orders and schedule timing
• Work with the Production Manager to hit OTD and quality KPIs
• Raise, support, and close out NCRs and ECRs through fabrication

As a Fabrication Supervisor, your experience will include:

• Proven supervisory experience within a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Confidence managing schedules and works orders under pressure
• A track record of driving OTD and quality performance
• Experience handling NCR and ECR processes
• Strong ownership of decisions on the shop floor
