We have now an opportunity to join our dynamic team as Food & Beverage Supervisor and assist our Food & Beverage Manager in the day to day running of the department.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service by coaching staff on how to exceed guest expectations.
- Take steps to identify and support training needs
- Ensuring the staff complete their daily activities
- Carry out opening and closure procedures
- Greet and engage guests, advising on current menus products
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints, understanding when to escalate to the F&B Manager
- Ensure high standards of venue hygiene/cleanliness are maintained and compliance records are kept up to date.
- Contribute ideas on improving profitability.

This is a full time role working 40 hours per week over 5 days to include early and late straight shifts, including weekends.
