We are seeking compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Autism, ADHD, and other additional learning needs in schools across Plymouth.

This rewarding role involves providing tailored support to help students develop confidence, independence, and academic progress.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support.
• Assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
• Supporting learning activities both inside and outside the classroom.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in education, care, support work, youth work, or similar settings.
• A calm and nurturing approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
