  • Building effective relationships with commissioners, social services, health professionals, families and other stakeholders.
  • Working with the Commissioning Team to assess and safely mobilise new packages.
  • Ensuring appropriate staffing, training, resources and operational systems are in place.
  • Monitoring service performance, KPIs and compliance, implementing improvements where required.
  • Promoting the Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding and Positive Behaviour Support.
  • Supporting responsible and sustainable growth across Somerset.
  • Participating in the organisation’s On Call arrangements and supporting operational requirements when needed.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking and supportive leader with exceptional communication and organisational skills.

Essential:

  • Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

Experience of Positive Behaviour Support, crisis intervention, medication management and service mobilisation would be highly beneficial.
