We are recruiting a full time, Recovery Navigator to join our Assessment and Recovery team, in the Greenway Centre, Southmead.
This exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bristol Mental Health Partnership, which involves collaborative working between a number of organisations to include Second Step and Avon and Wiltshire Partnership Trust (part of the National Health Service).
