Job Requirements/Description

We are looking for a Front of House & Business Support Coordinator to join us at SNC Mission Systems UK in St Athans. We provide tailored mission systems integration and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions for the UK Government and its allies.

It is an exciting time to join SNC Missions UK as we are expanding, you will be acting as a key representative taking ownership of reception and visitor coordination. No two days will be the same as you will provide high-quality business support including travel, meetings, events and Governance Board administration. As Front of House & Business Support Coordinator you will deliver a professional, welcoming and highly organised front-of-house experience. Some of your tasks will include…

  • Provide a professional first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, ensuring a warm, efficient and welcoming reception experience.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries, directing them appropriately and maintaining accurate visitor and front desk records.

  • Coordinate visitor access, including pre-arrival arrangements, issuing and tracking visitor and employee passes, and liaising with hosts in line with security procedures.

  • Organise staff travel, including flights, hotels, car hire and ground transport; maintain itineraries, travel documentation, costings and expenses, and resolve changes promptly.

  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, internal and external meetings and events, including invitations, agendas, registrations, catering and minutes where required.

  • Provide administrative support

  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in a professional front-of-house, reception or business support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
