Multi-Trade Operative - Kitchen & Bathroom

Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire
Salary: £34,500 - £35,500 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card
Contract: Permanent, Full Time - 39 hours per week

GreenSquareAccord are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join our trades team. You`ll have a core trade in carpentry and plumbing and experience working on kitchen and bathroom installations within domestic properties.

You`ll be responsible for completing kitchen and bathroom installations, renovations and associated preparation works to a high standard. This will include:

• Installing kitchens, units, worktops, sinks and appliances.

• Completing bathroom renovations, including tiling, aqua panels and Camaro flooring.

• Removing and refitting baths, basins, toilets and other plumbing fixtures.

• Carrying out minor carpentry, plastering and basic plumbing works.

• Working safely and in line with Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH requirements.

• Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and providing excellent customer service.

We`re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom installation or a similar trade.

• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, aqua panels and plastering.

• Good attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.

• The ability to work independently, solve problems and communicate effectively with customers.

• A good understanding of safe working practices.

• A full UK driving licence.

• A DBS check is required for this role, which will be provided by GreenSquareAccord (GSA).
