What We Offer

?? Salary: Up to £40,814 per year, plus a Specialist Skills Shortage Bonus of £3,000 pro rata

??? Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week

What You’ll Do

• Teach and assess learners in Electrical Installation at a range of levels
• Deliver engaging practical and classroom-based lessons
• Prepare students for industry, apprenticeships, and future progression
• Maintain a safe, professional workshop and learning environment
• Support learners’ confidence, skills and trade-ready knowledge

What You’ll Bring

• A Level 3 NVQ qualification in Electrical Installation
• Strong practical background in electrical installation or related electrical roles
• Current knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Teaching qualifications are welcomed — but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll support you to achieve it while you work!)
