About the Role
Lead Maths. Raise Ambition. Help Students Believe They Can Succeed.
At Brookthorpe Hall School, we’re looking for an ambitious and inspiring Maths Lead to take ownership of Mathematics across the school and help shape a curriculum that gives every student the opportunity to achieve.
This is more than a classroom teaching role. You’ll have the opportunity to lead curriculum development, influence teaching practice and drive improvement, while remaining closely connected to the students whose progress sits at the heart of everything you do.
You’ll understand that for some young people, confidence in Maths can be one of the biggest barriers to progress. Through engaging teaching, adaptive approaches and high expectations, you’ll help students experience success, develop essential skills and begin to see themselves differently as learners.
For an experienced Maths teacher ready to take on greater responsibility, this is an opportunity to have an impact that reaches beyond your own classroom.
