Our Gloucestershire House service is home to thirty-eight adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Your working hours

We are offering part-time day hours.

You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.

Typical shifts may include:

• Earlies 07:00-13:30
• Lates 13:30 - 19:30
• Long day 07:00 - 19:30

We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

What you’ll do

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
• Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
• Administer and manage medicines safely
• Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
• Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
• Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
• Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
