Electrician - Social Housing

The role

Our client, a local housing association are looking for a qualified Electrician to join their successful Electrical Team and help to maintain and improve homes across North Somerset and Bristol.

What you'll be doing

Working within a designated geographical area, you'll carry out a wide range of electrical works across our homes and properties, including:

• Rewiring and electrical repairs.
• Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
• Testing and inspection.
• Electrical installation works.
• Working on both 230V and 415V systems.
• Diagnosing faults and delivering effective electrical solutions.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Providing professional and courteous customer service in customers' homes.

What we're looking for

You'll be a qualified Electrician who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

You'll have:

• A recognised electrical qualification.
• Current knowledge and understanding of BS 7671 Wiring Regulations.
• City & Guilds 2391 Test and Inspection qualification.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A commitment to safe working practices and high standards of workmanship.
• A customer-focused approach and the ability to communicate professionally with customers.
