We are a large Care company that still manages to maintain that warm family feel, with great support networks to include regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. We keep our homes small for that personal touch and to ensure a person-centered approach for each person that lives with us. We encourage feedback from staff to allow us to continue to grow as a care company and remain connected with the staff who provide the hands-on care that we provide.

We aim to support the people that live with us to do so as independently as possible. Providing great training opportunities for our staff to ensure they have all the skills that they need to assist the lovely people that we look after, to live a safe, structured, and fulfilled lifestyle.

Honeybourne is a registered care home with 20 beds, we would love you to join the team. Honeybourne is set over 2 units. The house where the service users needs are more residential but still require full support in all areas. The Bungalow is a nursing unit where there is a nurse on shift 24/7. The service users needs are more complex and also require support in all areas.

We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team, whether you have experience or not. If you are looking to make a positive impact on the people’s lives that live with us but have no experience within the care industry, we still want to hear from you to give you the opportunity to join us as full training is provided. We will offer NVQ upon passing of probation.
