The role of HR Advisor at the University of Bath is a varied and interesting one working with a range of stakeholders based in Faculties and Professional Services Departments. You will work closely with the matrix team and HR Business Partners in order to deliver a timely and legally compliant service as well as working with our colleagues in Reward, Workforce Development, Culture and Inclusion and Safety, Health and Wellbeing.
The aim of the role is to enable excellent people management practice and build the capability of individuals, teams and departments to meet the University’s and the department’s objectives. The role will support designated business areas, developing effective working relationships with key stakeholders, whilst working for and alongside HR Business Partners.
The HR Advisor will support the delivery of the HR Strategy and work in such a way that supports pace, innovation and customer service in HR service delivery.
This role is offered on part-time basis (24.5 hours per week) permanent basis. A minimum of two days a week on campus is required.
