As a family-run provider, we understand the importance of nurturing relationships, so our care revolves around family values. Each of our homes has innovative facilities and a dedicated care team, ensuring a comfortable stay alongside the highest quality care available.

We are looking for someone who can work approximately one day per week, although we are happy to offer flexibility around this. The role involves 7.5 hours per day, usually worked between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

As our Gardener, you will play a vital role in maintaining our grounds to the highest standards, creating a stimulating environment that enhances the quality of life for our residents. From tending flowerbeds and shrubs to ensuring our outdoor areas are safe and inviting, your work will help make our home a welcoming, vibrant place for residents to enjoy.

What Our Gardener Does:

• Maintain our grounds to the highest standards, ensuring they are safe, tidy, and visually appealing.
• Tend to flowerbeds, shrubs, and trees, planting and nurturing a variety of flora to enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces.
• Maintain equipment and structures such as fencing, ensuring they are well maintained and in good working order.
• Clear snow and ice in the winter to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
• Use garden treatment chemicals in line with COSHH regulations, prioritising the health and safety of all.
• Adapt your work schedule to meet residents' needs, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, inclusive environment that supports our residents' well-being.
