The Company
This well-established independent group has three practices across Somerset, and its patients often stay for decades. Owned by two optometrists who still see patients, it keeps decisions close to the clinic floor.

The Position
You will join the Taunton practice as a full time Optometrist, seeing patients of all ages, with regular dry eye, contact lens and diabetic eye work. The owners value clinical independence, so you decide how to run your clinic and which services to build. Exmoor, the Quantock Hills and the Jurassic Coast are all within reach. This suits an experienced optometrist who wants autonomy, a lasting team and a stake in the practice's success. The salary is £64,000, plus profit share.
