Property Ranger - Property Cleaning Team

Outskirts of the City £13.89 per hour 37.5 hours per week Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-3:30pm; Friday, 7:30am-3pm

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Property Ranger to join a Property Cleaning Team, working across a variety of residential and commercial properties.

This role involves cleaning communal areas, travelling between properties and reporting any maintenance issues. Previous cleaning experience and a full driving licence are essential.

Key Duties

• Cleaning communal areas within large properties.

• Driving between properties and ensuring scheduled cleaning is completed on time.

• Using the appropriate tools and materials.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and well-presented working environment.

• Recording and reporting any maintenance issues.

Requirements

• A full driving licence.

• Previous cleaning experience.

• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

• A reliable, motivated and flexible approach, with a positive attitude.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good awareness of health and safety practices.

What We Offer

• £13.89 per hour.

• 37.5 hours per week.

• Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-3:30pm, and Friday, 7:30am-3pm.
