An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career at Partner level.

A well-established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Dorset is looking to appoint an Employment Partner to play a key role in the continued development and growth of its Employment team.

With ambitious plans for the future and a supportive management team, this is an opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to take a leading role within a growing practice while developing their own client relationships and profile.

The Role:

You will advise a broad range of clients across both employer and employee-side employment matters, including:

• Employment Tribunal claims
• Settlement agreements
• Redundancy and restructuring
• Wrongful and unfair dismissal
• Restrictive covenants
• TUPE
• General employment advisory work
• Business immigration, which would be advantageous

As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to:

• Take a leading role in the continued growth of the Employment practice
• Develop and maintain your own client relationships
• Lead and mentor members of the Employment team
• Handle complex and high-value employment matters
• Contribute to business development and the wider strategy of the firm
• Help shape the future direction of the Employment offering

About You:

• Qualified Employment Solicitor with 8+ years' PQE
• Strong technical experience across a broad range of employment law
• Experience advising both employers and employees
• Confident handling complex and contentious matters
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Ambitious and keen to play a leading role in a growing practice
